Not-So-Friendly Skies: Brandon T. Jackson Says US Airways Flight Attendant Called Him the N-Word

485x341 Actor and comedian Brandon T. Jones says a US Airways flight attendant called him the N-word and other racial slurs on a flight yesterday.

During the US Airways flight, the 29-year-old Percy Jackson co-star says a flight attendant named Dee approached him to sit down. During a heated exchange, Jackson says the flight attendant told him, “I don’t care if you’re Obama’s son, get in your seat!!!” and also called him the n-word.

Jackson says he was escorted off the plane and questioned by police in Phoenix. In an interview with TMZ, a rep for the Phoenix police department says at 7:30PM, cops received a call reporting a “disruptive” and “belligerent” passenger who had been cut off from alcohol. The rep also said cops determined no crime had been committed after speaking with Jackson, and that the actor was fully cooperative.

In true social media fashion, Jackson posted live updates via his Twitter page and encouraged fans and news outlets to share the story.

He later tweeted, “This was the most racist thing that ever happen to me, even the white people on the plane was like that racist.”

US Airways has not commented on Jackson’s claims.
